This is a very interesting lesson and very educating one.
Ground Chi Sao is a means of understanding how to deal with an aggressor trying to mount you either to hit you or strangle you.
In the case you do go to the ground what options do we have?
It is important to look at this from a street defense situation as we make this clear that the techniques are designed to deal with the common thug and not people who have dedicated their lives to ground work.
Leg Chi Sao is very beneficial and these lessons stimulate a great deal of work in overcoming stronger people. It helps the development, sensibility, and elastic reflexes that the legs will develop with continual work.
