We are not blessed with a kind of memory that computers have. Most of things fades away as time passes. However, our trading log entries will always be there for us to come back and check out what has happened exactly as we entered. As we read it, we’ll re-live the events and grasp the facts as to how and why we did things.
Trading journal will show us our strength and weaknesses so that we can identify the areas need working on in order to improve our trading.
