1. Explain the main principles, techniques and methods of REBT, its effectiveness as a brief therapy, and the clients for whom such brief therapy can be most beneficial.
2. Distinguish between healthy rational and unhealthy irrational thinking.
3. Distinguish between health and unhealthy negative emotions.
4. Describe the REBT emphasis on, and the application of, unconditional acceptance.
