The benefits of higher-performing agencies include greater accountability, improved resource management, briefer treatment duration, decreased client dropout, and increased staff retention. Participants in this workshop will first learn about key research findings that form the building blocks of sustainable “cultures of excellence.†Next, specific strategies including brief and time -sensitive interventions, client feedback, and monitoring of individual and program outcomes will be described.
