A Highly Efficient, Results-Based Training Program

6 week Program that will give you the foundation of strength & durability for whatever you want to do in the mountains. It’s designed to produce serious strength gains in the shortest possible timeframe. You will have the tools to recover properly, to stretch, to mobilise your joints and deal with the increased training loads.

If you’re a rock climber, a mountaineer, a skier, hiker or a mountain runner then this program will set you up with a strong base which you can then build upon with your more endurance and skill-specific training as you move up this pyramid to become a better outdoor athlete. Its something you can revisit 2-3 times a year.

If you have experience in training yourself, if you’ve been training on and off, going to the gym, if you can squat and deadlift pretty well and you can do a set of 10-15 pushups & 4-5 pullups, and you’d like to seriously increase those numbers by 20, 40, 60 per cent or more in 6 weeks time… then this program is for you.
