What might help you is to read the lessons at night or first thing in the morning and then listen to the audio versions of the lessons on your iphone, mp2 player or you can burn them to cd and listen to them in your car or as you go to sleep at night. Internalize and do what Chris Cains suggests and you will find the same kind of success that others have found. Just keep in mind that this has to be a daily thing that you do.
Now, don’t get too freaked out. The lessons aren’t difficult. I know that at first I thought that it was stupid but I figured “what do I have to lose? Is having these positive changes in my life in the areas of finances, wealth and my relationship important enough to feel like an idiot in private for a few minutes a day?” Hell yeah! So, I did the exercises, did what Chris Cains suggested and I began to feel different and things began to change in my life.
