Blackerby, Ph.D., the creator of the Joy processes, applying the Joy processes to three different kinds of students. One of the students is a young man in his early 20s who has been diagnosed with multiple learning disabilites since he first started school. Another is of a 6th grader who, although very smart, has struggled in school for several years and the third is of a 50+ year old woman who wants to change careers and who cannot pass the certification exam to obtain her license.
