Using sound, especially the sounds from instruments like Tibetian meditation bowls, tongue drums, and hand pans can be beautiful vehicles for transmission to take us on this transformational journey. The Rav Vast is a type of tongue drum/ hand pan hybrid instrument and is the vehicle we use on this meditative journey.

Nine different videos incorporate various meditation techniques including focusing on the breath, visualization, intentions of kindness, and utilizing mantras, all to the live playing of the Rav Vast.
