YouTube is a marathon not a sprint but what I love about thumbnails is, you can actually see the results changes make instantly unlike a lot of other areas on YouTube.
You’ll know they are effective a few hours after releasing a video and even changing old videos thumbnails can get you fast results.
The problem is, many YouTubers seriously struggle here. They fall down with basic design errors, produce thumbnails that make them look amateur and this seriously harms their channel.
