Open Focus Attention: Master Class Series #8 – Dissolving Nerve Pain.
In this Master Class we are joined by Jon. Jon suffers from Complex Reginal Pain Syndrome, also known for years as RSD (Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy). Jon’s nerve pain began after surgery for arthritic thumb. But his pain continues in his thumb and has now spread throughout his whole body. Jon endured a surgery and infusions of Ketamine to help alleviate the chronic pain he endures but has not found lasting relief. A beginner in Open Focus Attention Training, Jon hopes Dr. Fehmi will be able to dissolve the pain that he continues to experience.
Listen in as Dr. Fehmi and Jon work together to:
Perform a body scan—locate the areas of Jon’s anxiety
Work step by step and completely dissolve the pain that is discovered
Provide a continual process to help reduce and eliminate the pain.
