Now, even though the live, in-person training may be a few weeks or months away, your coaching growth starts as soon as you sign up. You get instant online access to SI Fundamentals, our foundational coach training, Coaching Practice Blueprint, a turnkey system for creating a coaching practice, and 8 weeks of SI Supervision. In SI Supervision we meet as a group by phone to do live mini-coaching sessions and learn new strategies. Then, while still on the phone, you’ll be paired with another student to trade off being coach and client putting the new strategies you learned into action. Our philosophy is: if you show up for class, you’ll get massive growth as a coach.

Graduates will receive Certification as a Practitioner of Excellence, a title reserved for those who have worked personally with Mark and Magali Peysha in a person-to-person small group environment. SI Boot Camp comes with a complete marketing package for kickstarting your coaching practice as well as eight weeks of live phone-based training leading up to the live event.

When choosing a training program, it is very important to watch your teachers actual coaching sessions, so that you know you’re learning from the example you want to emulate in your practice. This coaching session features our student Debbie, who was struggling with finding her strengths as a coach. Magali guides the entire room of coaching students in Collective Coaching, where we all collaborate in coaching one person on stage. This is just one of the many innovate strategies we use to impart new skills and abilities to our students.
