We look upon the price movement of a given financial instrument as the end result of multiple independent variables. It is our job, as software developers to define these independent variables and then individually optimize each one. The end result is software that describes a multivariable equation whose solution predicts price movement with a defined sensitivity, specificity and positive predictive value.
