Movement specialist and certified trainer Venus Lau and master kettlebell trainer Marcus Martinez will take you step by step through workouts that will challenge your body from multiple angles as you build incredible resilience, strength, and body awareness.
Bodyweight flow is based on naturally athletic and instinctive movements that we did as children and is present in many sports. We lose these healthy patterns as we get older and have to relearn them again. The kettlebell is an incredibly versatile tool and allows for a wide variety of movement patterns, transitions and nonstop circuit flows. Research has even shown that training with a kettlebell not only increases strength but also markedly boosts aerobic capacity, improves dynamic balance and builds incredible core strength. Paired together, these two super-functional training modalities work your body from head to toe, leaving no muscle group untouched. What’s more, this kind of workout also trains your mind, as each movement requires thoughtful execution as you build stability, mobility and power like nothing else.
This program is customizable and accessible to anyone, regardless of age or ability. With just one kettlebell and your own body, you’ll have everything you need for a variety of fat-burning workouts you can do anywhere, anytime.

INSTRUCTORS
Venus Lau

Venus Lau, NASM-CPT, is a movement and mobility specialist, certified trainer, coach, yoga teacher and fitness model. Her movement style is influenced by Animal Flow as well as yoga, calisthenics, primal movement and bodyweight training. Since 2007, she has helped clients of all ages and abilities find the power of the body-mind-soul connection to achieve their fitness goals. Venus is based in Los Angeles and teaches at workshops, events and private retreats around the world.
