This is a serious beginning Yoga DVD that is very well done and beautifully shot. It is not in the least bit pornographic. If you have never tried Yoga Undressed, you will be amazed at the freedom and comfort that doing yoga in the nude creates – definitely an incentive to keep up your weekly routine.
