I am a 35 year old female who has struggled with poor posture her entire life. I had recently purchased a book on posture alignment exercises to help with my problems, but I found that it was hard to make time to do the exercises on my own. So I decided to purchase this DVD about three weeks ago, and it has already made a tremendous difference in my posture. I have only been doing the DVD about three times a week for the past three weeks, but my shoulders are already less hunched, and one of my shoulder rotator cuffs is no longer causing me the pain that it usually causes . I have been bugging my 12 year old daughter for 2 years. We’ve taken her to physical therapists and nagged her countless times.
